PAYPAL :  You can enter your debit or credit card details without registering for a PayPal account. Just look for the “Don't have PayPal Account” button

INVOICE : Once you process your request you will receive an invoice which you can pay by bank transfer or cheque. Once the invoice has been paid your account will be topped up.
